With 409 cubic inches, a 13.0:1 compression ratio, and a 95-mm throttle body, the LS6 6.7-liter V8 in this new Chevrolet Corvette model produces 535 horsepower and 520 lb-ft of torque, the highest torque output of any naturally aspirated V8 in Corvette history. An eight-speed dual-clutch transmission and electronic limited-slip differential are standard, with Magnetic Ride Control™ on every configuration. The Chevrolet Corvette Grand Sport X adds a front electric motor for 721 combined horsepower and all-wheel-drive capability.
Technology Features
Year-round capability begins with the standard Touring Suspension on the 2027 Chevrolet Corvette Grand Sport, paired with Michelin Pilot Sport All-Season 4 tires and Magnetic Ride Control™. The Z52 Sport Performance Package upgrades to Brembo® iron brakes from the Corvette Z06, Michelin Pilot Sport 4S summer tires, and Performance Traction Management. The Z52 Track Performance Package brings carbon-ceramic Brembo® brakes, Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2R tires, a carbon aero package, and a quad center-exit exhaust. The Grand Sport X adds Stealth mode for electric-only operation through 50 mph and Shuttle mode through 23 mph.
